Thank you for your interest in becoming a Bricks and Mortar Lanka Kade Stockist. Please complete the below application form as thoroughly as possible to enable a prompt review of your application.

Following a preliminary review of your application you may be offered access to our trade website for a period of up to 30 days. This will give you access to our full product range, trade pricing, services and T&C's. If you then wish to proceed with your application you should place an initial order, preferably via the website. Your order must exceed our minimum first order value £250 net.
