General delivery terms:

We do not guarantee delivery dates; we can only provide an estimate. Time is not of the essence with respect to all deliveries made by us.

All orders are despatched on a standard recorded delivery service via DPD which is quoted for working days only. Delivery charges and estimated timescales of transit vary dependent on location.

We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to the goods after delivery has been made to you.

As well as keeping customers informed at every stage of the journey, DPD provide access to a suite of options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing customers to take delivery of their goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule, you can:

• Select an alternative delivery date
• Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
• Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
• Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop – you can find your local shop here
  

This website only offers delivery of goods to the locations listed in the tables on this page.

United Kingdom delivery:
Our free carriage offers are restricted to UK mainland addresses only. Higher charges are applicable to those outside of the UK mainland as determined by our courier.

The delivery charge listed covers the cost of the product being delivered to you only. In addition to this you may need to pay:

VAT at local rate - listed in table above (some items may be exempt)

Clearance fee - listed in table above

Customs duty – applicable on orders where total value exceeds £135 / €150. The duty rate depends on the type of goods and country of export and can vary between 0% and 4.7%. Contact us for more information.

Lanka Kade (UK) Ltd is not responsible for these charges and they must be paid by the customer or person receiving the order. All advice provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge but should not be relied upon to be correct. If you are concerned, then we recommend that you complete your own enquiries.

Once your order is despatched you will be contacted by our courier and asked to pay any applicable charges within a limited timeframe. If you fail to pay these charges and the order is returned to us, your refund will be reduced to cover the courier charges we incur.
