Delivery Information

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS:

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates; we can only provide an estimate. Time is not of the essence with respect to all deliveries made by us.
  • All orders are despatched on recorded delivery services via Royal Mail or DPD. Delivery charges and estimated timescales of delivery vary dependent on location.
  • We only offer delivery of goods to the UK and Republic of Ireland. 

 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.50 (FREE when you spend £30)

  • Delivery date estimated at checkout
  • Exclusions apply to non-UK mainland addresses if orders exceed 4kg and/or outer carton dimensions exceed 610 x 460 x 460mm. Accurate delivery charges will be quoted at checkout.

 

UK PRIORITY DELIVERY - £6.50

  • Same day despatch if ordered before 1pm (Mon – Fri)
  • Delivery date estimated at checkout but often next working day
  • This service is only available to UK mainland addresses.

 

UK SATURDAY DELIVERY - £12

  • Must be ordered by 1pm
  • Service will only appear at checkout for qualifying orders
  • This service is only available to UK mainland addresses.

 

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND - £12 (DDU)

  • Delivery date estimated at checkout
  • *EU and Worldwide delivery terms apply
  • Local VAT rate: 23%
  • Clearance fee: Approx €5

The delivery charges quoted covers the cost of the product being delivered to you only. In addition to this you may need to pay:

VAT at local rate - listed below each destination (some items may be exempt)

Clearance fee - listed below each destination

Customs duty – applicable on orders where total value exceeds £135 / €150. The duty rate depends on the type of goods and country of export and can vary between 0% and 4.7%.

Lanka Kade (UK) Ltd is not responsible for these charges and they must be paid by the customer or person receiving the order. All advice provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge but should not be relied upon to be correct. If you are concerned, then we recommend that you complete your own enquiries.

Once your order is despatched you will be contacted by our courier and asked to pay any applicable charges within a limited timeframe. If you fail to pay these charges and the order is returned to us, your refund will be reduced to cover the courier charges we incur.
